Useless

This app was useless to me. Its first workout starts with doing 2 pull-ups. I am not strong enough to do any pull-ups, so I cant even begin the training program. It would be better if it started out with a beginner level that worked towards doing one full pull-up for girls.

I feel great! I would highly recommend it.

You can do the workouts almost anywhere. They are quick and I feel stronger day by day. I work for the Fire Department and need to stay fit. This app has helped me to meet and exceed our yearly physical fitness test. I highly recommend any of these apps to anyone who wants to get stronger.

Good idea.

The app gives you a starting point. A place where you can train your body to start from. I liked doing chins when I was a kid and the app is helping me get back my strength slowly. Its nice.

Very good app!

New version is awful

Takes a lot time to start the app(3-5sec), the user interface is messed up, lost my progress. Old version was way way better.

It s a decent app, but...

It doesnt start from 0 pull-ups. So theres really no difference between this and any other pull-up app which assumes that you can already do pull-ups.

Great

This app is amazing! It keeps you going on schedule. You start slow and SLOWLY up the reps. The amount of reps is always do-able. It has really helped me.
