Great, Simple, no more excuses

Easy to use, love it!

Awesome app

Great for beginners who can do at least 1-3 pull-ups. If you cant then get a chair and do negatives and start the program like that.

Excellent app

I purchased the whole bundle of apps including the running and found that theyre very good at motivating and pacing you along and as previously noted it starts at a pretty high pace.

2-20 Pull-ups

This app actually starts with 2 pull-ups. If you were hoping to gradually work up to completing even one pull-up, dont buy the app. Im sure it works wonderfully if you can already do 2 pull-ups, but as someone who can barely do a Kipling pull-up, this app is pretty useless until I get those first two on my own.

So far, so good

The only complaint I have is I dont like how promotions for their other apps pop up after each workout. I dislike ads on apps Ive bought.

This app does a great job encouraging you to work whether you are brand-new to working out or familiar with working out its a good way to ease you into or back into working out consistently

STOP ASKING ME TO SIGN IN

It was fine the first few times, but when you get asked to sign in EVERY TIME you open one of these apps, it gets really really annoying. The "skip" button on the lower right hand corner isnt easy to push either. I find myself having to tap it several times before it registers. These apps are great. Its too bad that such an annoying feature turns me off from them. I will be warning everyone away from this company until its fixed.

Im using all the related apps and I like the simplicity of it! It keeps me motivated to do the work since it starts off easy and gets harder as I progress

Great app

Simple and effective. I use this app a few times a week. Apps like this make getting in shape possible for even the busiest person.

Great motivator but need more flexibility

I like the gradual progression of reps, but there needs to be away to specify how many reps you actually did if you do more or less than what it says.

This is a very nice and even program building you up in pull-up reps. Stylish as well.

Really good app

This is a really good app. I started in average shape and have found each workout to be just challenging enough. Each level increases only slightly and its been amazing to see how I have improved in just a few weeks. As far as the app itself, the UI is very clean and responsive. Navigation is simple and intuitive. Makes it much easier to concentrate on my workout when I dont have to struggle to figure out how to make the app work.

Best Purchase I ever Made

Im doing 4 sets of 20 reps of pull ups thanks to this app. At first the goal was to get to 20 reps. Once I did that I wanted more I wanted to able to do multiple sets of 20 reps. Thats what Im working for now

Great app

I am seeing progress. The app keeps me going. And surely enough Im seeing an improvement over time.
